Job summary

Buttercups Childcare in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional early childhood education. You will drive a high-quality program, build strong connections with families and the broader community, and ensure compliance across operations.

The role requires proven leadership, a relevant education qualification, and a passion for mentoring and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Proven experience in a Centre Manager or Assistant Manager role with leadership capability.
• Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and support your team to deliver exceptional care.
• Design and implement a high-quality educational program based on Buttercups Pedagogy Standards.
• Foster strong relationships with families and the community.
• Participate in centre setup and staff recruitment.
• Oversee day-to-day operations with focus on excellence and compliance.
