Job summary

Capral Aluminium is seeking a hands‑on leader to manage the Archerfield Trade Centre, overseeing a team of about 11 across customer service, sales and warehouse operations. The role emphasizes coaching, safety compliance and driving performance in a dynamic environment.

Permanent, full‑time, Monday–Friday with a company vehicle and a performance bonus, offering career development within Australia's largest aluminium extruder and distributor.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer service, sales, warehousing or operations.
• Ability to coach and develop a team to meet performance targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team across Customer Service, Internal Sales, External Sales and Warehouse Operations.
• Foster a positive culture with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Champion workplace safety and compliance with policies and legislative requirements.
• Support sales performance, identify growth opportunities and build customer relationships.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and ensure service levels are achieved.
• Oversee centre operations including warehousing, inventory, fabrication, dispatch and deliveries.
• Monitor performance via KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
