Job summary

Capral Aluminium in Campbellfield, VIC, is seeking Manufacturing Machine Operators for our extrusion facility. This full-time role operates on rotating shifts (day, afternoon, night) and requires safe operation of equipment while meeting quality standards and delivery targets.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely performing manufacturing functions within our extrusion facility, ensuring that quality control measures are met consistently.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate equipment and perform tasks in line with site Work Instructions / Safe Operating Procedures

ESSENTIAL

• Understanding of basic safety principles

DESIRABLE

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment


• Experience with automated machinery


• Ability to identify problems and resolve or contribute to resolution thereof


• Forklift licence


• Experience and knowledge of material handling


• Basic computer literacy skills
