Mayfield Early Education Camberwell is seeking a Centre Manager to lead with heart, guiding our team and nurturing a warm, home‑like learning environment for children. You’ll balance operational excellence with genuine care, driving quality education and safety standards across the centre.

The role requires a Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Bachelor level qualification in Early Childhood, WWCC, current First Aid/CPR, and knowledge of EYLF/NQS.

Qualifications

• WWCC (Working with Children Check) and current First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and NQS.
• Training in child protection, Red Nose, and food safety (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership abilities.
• Experience in a childcare leadership role is highly regarded.
