Job summary

Bluebird Early Education Cobram Kinder is seeking a passionate Full-time Centre Manager to lead daily operations, inspire a team of Educators, and uphold our service philosophy and NQS standards.

The role requires Diploma in ECEC and Bachelor in ECE, WWCC, first aid, and budgeting skills; travel to Victoria for a workshop, and a commitment to our Oxanda rituals and family communications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in ECEC required.
• Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACEQCA approved).
• Current Working with Children’s Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis or willing to obtain.
• Current Child Protection, Safe Sleep & Food Safety Training or willing to obtain.
• Ability to make business decisions and manage budgets.
• Willingness to travel to Victoria for a Centre Manager workshop.
• Experience as a Centre Manager or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Centre operations and ensure high-quality care.
• Lead and inspire Educators in line with the service philosophy.
• Ensure compliance with NQS, policies, and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
• Manage budgets and participate in planning and development.
• Support ongoing professional development and center culture.
