Bluebird Early Education Glen Waverley is seeking a passionate Centre Manager to lead day-to-day operations and inspire a team of Educators in a vibrant Melbourne suburb. You will align with the service philosophy, policies, procedures and NQS to provide outstanding care for families and children.

About the role:
We are on a search for a passionate and enthusiastic Full-time Centre Manager with a strong background in Early Education to manage the day-to-day Centre operations.
As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily Centre management tasks, managing and leading to inspire a team of Educators, and ensuring they are working in accordance with the service philosophy, company policies, and procedures & the National Quality Standards (NQS), to provide exceeding education and care for all families and children.
You will be the first point of call with our families and the local community, to build a fantastic service for all families in the area & surrounding suburbs.
