Bluebird Sinnamon Park is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager (2IC) to oversee daily centre operations and lead a team of educators within our warm, play-based learning environment. You will ensure services align with the centre philosophy, policies and the NQS while delivering high-quality early education and care.
With 2+ years in a lead or management role, you will drive curriculum planning, family communications and staff development.

About the role:
We are on a search for a passionate and enthusiasticAssistant Centre Manager with a strong background in Early Education to manage the day-to-day Centre operations.
As a Assistant Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily Centre management tasks, managing and leading to inspire a team of Educators, and ensuring they are working in accordance with the service philosophy, company policies, and procedures & the National Quality Standards (NQS), to provide exceeding education and care for all families and children.
