Job summary

Bluebird Early Education Glen Waverley in Victoria invites applications for an Educator role. Join our vibrant centre where six studios foster curiosity, holistic development, and confident, capable learners daily.

We seek Diploma or Certificate III qualified Educators with WWCC, First Aid with CPR, and current Child Protection certificates. We offer permanent part-time hours up to 37.5 per week, supportive team, and opportunities for training and growth.

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care
• Current Working with Children Check
• First Aid with CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis or willingness to obtain
• Mandatory Reporting & Child Protection certificates or willingness to obtain
• Safe Sleep & Food Handling certificates or willingness to obtain
• Team player who can also work independently
• Passionate about high-quality early education and care

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, child-led learning experiences within a holistic curriculum
• Collaborate with educators to ensure safety, wellbeing and inclusion
• Support daily routines, adapt activities to individual needs

We are expanding our team of passionate, supportive, and genuine Educators. Join us and be part of our dynamic Bluebird team, with permanent part-time positions available for both Diploma & Certificate III qualified. Permanent part-time positions of up to 37.5 hours per week.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificate of willingness to obtain these.
• Current Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection certificates or willing to obtain these.
