Job summary

Bluebird Early Education is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager (2IC) to lead daily centre operations and inspire a team of Educators in alignment with our philosophy and NQS standards.

You will drive quality education and care, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong family communications while contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma in ECEC or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis or willingness to obtain.
• Current Child Protection, Safe Sleep, and Food Safety Training or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to make business decisions and manage assigned budgets.
• Motivated team player who can work well in a team and independently.

About the role:

We are on a search for a passionate and enthusiasticAssistant Centre Manager with a strong background in Early Education to manage the day-to-day Centre operations.

As a Assistant Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily Centre management tasks, managing and leading to inspire a team of Educators, and ensuring they are working in accordance with the service philosophy, company policies, and procedures & the National Quality Standards (NQS), to provide exceeding education and care for all families and children.

Essential Criteria
