Job summary

Bluebird Early Education Cobram is seeking a passionate Centre Manager to lead daily operations and inspire a dedicated team within our boutique Kinder setting.

You will manage educators, uphold the service philosophy and NQS, and build strong relationships with families and the local community to deliver exceptional early education and care.

Qualifications

• Diploma in ECEC is required.
• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (ACEQA approved) is required.
• Current Working with Children's Check is required.
• First Aid including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis or willingness to obtain.
• Current Child Protection, Safe Sleep, and Food Safety Training or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to manage budgets and make business decisions.
• Team player able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel to Victoria for a Centre Manager workshop.

About the role:

We are on a search for a passionate and enthusiastic Full-time Centre Manager with a strong background in Early Education to manage the day-to-day Centre operations.

As a Centre Manager/ECT you will be responsible for overseeing the daily Centre management tasks, managing and leading to inspire a team of Educators, and ensuring they are working in accordance with the service philosophy, company policies, and procedures & the National Quality Standards (NQS), to provide exceeding education and care for all families and children.

You will be the first point of call with our families and the local community, to build a fantastic service for all families in the area & surrounding suburbs.

Essential Criteria

• Diploma in ECEC
• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA)
• Current Working with Children's Check.
• Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis or be willing to obtain these.
• Current Child Protection, Safe Sleep, and Food Safety Training or be willing to obtain these.
• Ability to make businessdecisions and work with assigned budgets.
• A motivated member able to work well in a team and independently.
• Must be available to travel to Victoria for a Centre Manager workshop with a long-side our current Centre managers and Operations Team- dates will be given to candidate during the interview process.
