• Willingness to be onsite during key delivery hours with a can-do attitude.

• An experienced leader or supervisor (outdoor education or camp setting ideal, but not essential)
• A clear, confident communicator who builds trust and strong relationships
• Organised, calm under pressure, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities
• Passionate about safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Comfortable being present onsite during key delivery hoursA problem‑solver with a can‑do attitude, high integrity, and genuine passion for supporting young people
