The Salvation Army is seeking a Centre Manager for Barwon AOD & Mental Health Services, based on-site in Corio, VIC. You will oversee residential and community programs, lead performance and budgeting, and strengthen workforce capability to deliver person-centred care for complex health needs.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this permanent full-time role emphasizes governance, stakeholder engagement and high-quality service delivery across the Barwon region.

Competenze

• Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Allied Health, Community Services, Health Management or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in Alcohol and Other Drugs, Mental Health or Community Health sectors.
• Proven program leadership, service delivery, workforce management and quality improvement experience in health or human services.
• Postgraduate qualification in Leadership, Management, Health Management, Public Health or related field (desirable).
