Young Academics Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead the Gregory Hills service in New South Wales. The role focuses on safeguarding child safety, overseeing operations, performance and culture to ensure thriving environments for children, families and staff.
You will develop your team, drive quality and compliance, and manage staffing, enrolments and financial performance to deliver outstanding educational practice and positive outcomes for children.
Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our Gregory Hills service.
About the Role
As a Centre Manager, you will lead the overall operations, performance and culture of the service, creating an environment where children, families and your team can thrive.
You will lead and develop your team, drive quality and compliance, build strong family partnerships and oversee the operational and financial performance of the centre, with child safety and wellbeing at the heart of every decision.
This position is a full-time role – Monday to Friday between 6:30 am – 6:00 pm.
