Job summary

Kinder Lane Early Learning Centre is seeking a Centre Manager to lead daily operations, work with educators and families, and maintain high-quality early learning outcomes in our Jannali NSW setting.

Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, bring senior leadership experience, and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach in building community relationships.

• Experience as Centre Manager, Director, or senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework.

As Centre Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and operation of Kinder Lane. You will work closely with our educators, families and leadership team to ensure the centre continues to provide a safe, nurturing and high-quality environment for children.

Key responsibilities

• Leading, supporting and developing our team of educators
• Creating a positive, respectful and enjoyable workplace culture
• Building strong and genuine relationships with children and families
• Developing relationships with local schools, organisations and the wider community
• Overseeing daily centre operations and staffing
• Managing rosters, recruitment and staff performance
• Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations
• Supporting high-quality educational programs and outcomes
• Managing enrolments and family engagement
• Overseeing incidents, policies, procedures and compliance

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Previous experience in a Centre Manager/Director, Assistant Director or senior leadership position
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
