Job summary

Kinder Lane Early Learning Centre is seeking a Centre Manager to lead day-to-day operations and guide educators, families and the leadership team. You will ensure a safe, nurturing, high-quality environment for children and foster strong community ties.

Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, with senior leadership experience and a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Experience in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
