Job summary

Kinder Lane Early Learning Centre is seeking a Centre Manager to lead daily operations, work with educators and families, and maintain high-quality early learning outcomes in our Jannali NSW setting.

Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, bring senior leadership experience, and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach in building community relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Experience as Centre Manager, Director, or senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Genuine passion for children and early learning.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Confident to make decisions and take ownership.
• Interest in building relationships within the local community.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop our team of educators.

• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Develop relationships with local schools, organisations and the wider community.
• Oversee daily centre operations and staffing.
• Manage rosters, recruitment and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and regulations.
• Support high-quality educational programs and outcomes.
• Manage enrolments and family engagement.
• Oversee incidents, policies, procedures and compliance.
