Job summary

G8 Education is seeking a Centre Manager for Jannali Kinder Haven 1, a 45-place childcare centre in Sydney's NSW. You will lead daily operations, manage staff, budgets, and parent communications, and coach Educators and Teachers to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

You'll design engaging activities, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, foster an inclusive culture, and drive professional development.

Qualifications

• ACECQ approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including leadership.
• Current Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
• Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching and mentoring.
• Design and deliver age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.
• Prioritise children's safety and wellbeing, adhering to policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
