Job summary

G8 Education is seeking an energetic Centre Manager for Jannali Kinder Haven 1, a 45‑place childcare centre. You’ll lead daily operations, coach educators, and drive high standards of care, learning and engagement.

The role is full-time and permanent. You’ll build a positive, inclusive culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with families while advancing professional development through our First Steps Centre Manager program.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre with leadership experience.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
• Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children’s holistic development.
