Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking a Centre Manager to oversee a Murray Bridge shopping centre and a portfolio of neighbourhood centres in a growing regional community. You will lead day-to-day operations, foster retailer relationships, and ensure a well-presented, safe, and inviting trading environment for customers.

The role offers a hands-on leadership position with exposure to a national portfolio and opportunities for professional growth within a leading property consultancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the property industry (retail management essential).
• Certificate of Registration or Agent's Rep is essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and a customer-centric approach.
• Proven time management and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of centre operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the client in administering leases and licenses.
• Manage tenancy schedules and assist in annual budgets.
• Maintain bank guarantees and perform regular centre inspections.
• Monitor maintenance queries and coordinate related works.
• Build occupier relationships and manage complaints.
• Provide CAPEX recommendations to the FM team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the client in administering therequirements of leases and licenses.
  


• Managing and keeping tenancy schedules accurate.
  


• Assist in the preparation of annual income and expenditurebudgets.
  


• Manage and maintain bank guarantees.
  


• Regular centre inspection to ensure the highest level ofpresentation.
  


• Monitor and follow up any maintenance related queries andworks.
  


• Establish strong relationships with occupiers includingmanaging any complaints.
