Job summary

First Grammar Epping is seeking a dynamic Centre Manager to lead our 120-place childcare centre in Melbourne's Epping area. You’ll drive operational excellence, oversee staffing, budgets, parent communications, and ensure the highest standards of care, education, and engagement.

You will coach Educators and Teachers, design age-appropriate activities, prioritise safety and wellbeing, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including a leadership role.
• A current Working with Children Check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, go-getter Centre Manager at First Grammar Epping to lead our 120- place childcare centre.

This role is offered as a Full Time Permanent
