Job summary

First Grammar Bankstown is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to join our 39-place service. You will support daily operations, coach staff, and help maintain an outstanding learning environment aligned with the EYLF and NQS.

Ideal candidates hold an ACECQA approved Diploma or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), have educator experience with ages 0–5, strong communication, a valid Working with Children Check and First Aid.

• ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Proven educator experience with children aged 0–5 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are seeking a dedicated team member with the drive to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children. Our Centre is well equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialised Kindergarten program.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities. At capacity our centre caters for 39children with operating hours between 07:00 - 18:00

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approvedDiploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
