Job summary

G8 Education Ltd in Perth CBD is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead the centre, manage daily operations, budgets and parent communications, and drive high-quality learning experiences for children.

You will coach Educators, design development activities, uphold safety, and ensure compliance with regulations while fostering a diverse, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre with leadership experience.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily centre operations including staffing, budgets and parent communication.
• Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching and mentoring.
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for holistic development.
• Prioritise children’s safety and well-being and ensure regulatory compliance.

As Centre Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, leading your team, building strong relationships with families, and driving excellence across every aspect of the centre.
