Job summary

G8 Education Limited is seeking a Centre Manager for Kindy Patch West Ipswich, a 75-place childcare centre, to lead daily operations, drive excellence in care, education and engagement, and inspire your team. You’ll coach Educators, design age-appropriate activities, ensure safety and compliance, and foster a positive, inclusive culture that supports children, families and staff.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
• A current Working withBlue card
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, go-getter Centre Manager at Kindy Patch West Ipswich to lead our 75-place childcare centre.
