Job summary

Creative Garden Early Learning – Coombabah QLD is seeking a motivated Centre Manager to lead daily operations for a 101-place centre. You will guide staff, manage budgets, and ensure high standards of care, education and engagement. This full-time, permanent role offers opportunities for growth within a nationwide network.

You will oversee safety, compliance, partnerships with families, and the delivery of engaging programs while fostering a collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a licensed childcare centre or similar, including leadership experience.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and manage priorities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, go-getter Centre Manager at Creative Garden Early Learning Centre-Coombabahto lead our 101-place childcare centre.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.

What you’ll bring
