Job summary

G8 Education is seeking an energetic Centre Manager for Kindy Patch West Ipswich, a 75-place childcare centre, to lead operations and inspire the team.

You will coach Educators, design engaging activities, ensure safety and compliance, and foster a positive, inclusive culture across the centre.

The role is Full Time Permanent with professional development opportunities and access to G8’s extensive resources and benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting, including leadership
• Current Working with Children card (Blue Card)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate and manage competing priorities
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, go-getter Centre Manager at Kindy Patch West Ipswichto lead our 75-place childcare centre.

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.

What you’ll bring:

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
• A current Working withBlue card
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
