Job summary

Kindy Patch Ashtonfield is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to lead a team of qualified Early Childhood professionals and ensure a nurturing learning environment for children aged 0–5. You’ll support daily operations, mentor staff, and uphold EYLF and NQS standards.

With strong communication skills and a Diploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor of Education (EC), you’ll contribute to outstanding learning outcomes while benefiting from flexible hours and a supportive network within G8

• ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Proven educator experience with children 0–5 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Kindy Patch Ashtonfield has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Assistant Centre Manager to join our service. We are seeking a dedicated team member with the drive to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children. Our Centre is well equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialised Kindergarten program.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities. At capacity our centre caters for 51 children with operating hours between 07:00 - 18:00

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check /
• First Aid certificate
