G8 Education Belmont North seeks a Centre Manager to lead a 110-place childcare centre, overseeing daily operations, budgeting, and parent communications. You will coach Educators and Teachers, design engaging activities, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre with leadership exposure.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff and manage priorities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

What You'll Bring
