Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Centres Pty invites an Assistant Director to join our Centre Leadership team. You will support the Centre Director, nurture a warm, welcoming culture, and guide educators to deliver high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds.

You will mentor staff, model our Green Leaves commitments, and collaborate with Pedagogy partners on Inclusion, Wellbeing and Sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Director.
• Knowledge and experience with QikKids and StoryPark (or similar).
• ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification.
• Current Working with Children Check (state-relevant).
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012) and National Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director in day-to-day operations.
• Guide and mentor the educator team to deliver high-quality programs.
• Lead consistency with Green Leaves Commitments across everyday practice.
• Drive continuous improvement and positive relationships with families and children.
• Collaborate with Learning, Research and Development Partners on pedagogy aspects.
