Green Leaves Early Learning Centres Pty is seeking an Educational Leader to guide a team of educators in delivering imaginative, child-centred curriculum experiences. You will drive the NLRDP and support ongoing professional development across the group.

You will mentor educators, lead collaborative improvements, and participate in cross-team activities to raise learning outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current Working with Children checks and child safety training.
• First Aid/CPR with HLTAID012 certification and police clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of educators to deliver imaginative, curriculum-based learning.
• Develop and drive the National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP).
• Mentor educators through face-to-face and online sessions and Think Tank meetings.

Education

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (AnACECQA-approved)

Working with Children Check (State-relevant)

About You:

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or above
• Current and State-relevant Working with Children's Check
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months
• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
