Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pedagogical & Educational Leadership in line with NQF, NQS and EYLF
• Mentor educators and room leaders to deliver high-quality early childhood practice
• Drive enrolment growth, roster management and service efficiency
• Establish strong relationships with families, community stakeholders and regulators
• Lead Quality Improvement and readiness for Assessment & Rating (A&R)

Education
