Job summary

The role focuses on centre leadership, operations oversight, and delivering high standards of education and care within the National Quality Framework. Strong communication and people management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Childcare Centre Director.
• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Working with Children Check current or equivalent clearance.
• First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training current.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support educators to achieve their potential.
• Oversee daily centre operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with NQF, NQS and EYLF standards.
