King St Operations pty ltd in Kingaroy is seeking a Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor for a permanent full-time role (38 hours, five days). You will oversee daily operations, lead a collaborative team, manage the Quality Improvement Plan and ensure regulatory compliance with support from management.

Applicants should have a Diploma in ECE or teaching qualification, First Aid/CPR, Child Protection and a current Blue Card, with proven Centre Director experience and strong communication

Qualifications

• Diploma in ECE or teaching qualification.
• Current First Aid & CPR, Child Protection certificates.
• Current Blue Card.
• Experience as Centre Director.
• Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations, NQS and EYLF.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operation of the centre in line with policies and procedures.
• Fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Managing the service's Quality Improvement Plan.
• Working with the educator team; guiding practice and providing hands-on support.
• Building relationships with families and encouraging open communication.
• Ensuring centre compliance with support from the management team.
• Staff management and recruitment with support from the management team.
• Managing enrolments and occupancy through marketing and community partnerships.
