Job summary

Goodstart is opening a brand-new Centre Director role in Davoren Park, Adelaide, slated for early 2027. This full-time position (38 hours/week) leads the centre and shapes a best-in-class early learning program, while guiding educators, families, and the community.

You will deliver the bespoke curriculum, build a high-performing team, and drive strategic planning to ensure strong attendance and sustainable centre growth. Opportunity to influence culture and outcomes from day one.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
• Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed with global leaders in pedagogy.
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals and foster reflective practice.
• Plan for the centre's future, build attendance pipelines and maintain a revenue-generating business.
