Job summary

Harmony East Brisbane is seeking a Centre Director to lead with heart and impact, shaping culture, quality and relationships. You will oversee operations, curriculum, safety and community partnerships to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families.

You will lead with purpose, warmth and courage, supported by a non‑contact leadership team, quality managers and ongoing leadership development. This role offers autonomy with organisational backing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• National Child Safety Training via Geccko completed.
• Strong knowledge of NQF and NQS.
• Commitment to child safety, cultural safety and inclusive environments.
• Proactive, courageous leadership that builds trust.
