Harmony Early Education Canungra – Brand New Centre Opening Soon! We are seeking an inspired Centre Director to build and lead our inaugural Canungra service, shaping culture, teams and partnerships from day one.

You will drive quality education, strong relationships with families, and a safe, welcoming environment for children and educators, with leadership support and clear accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an early learning service and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of NQF and NQS and quality improvement practices.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with current certificates.
• Commitment to child safety, cultural safety and inclusive environments.

About You

You are an experienced early childhood leader who combines strong operational capability with a genuine passion for creating exceptional outcomes for children, families and your team.

You bring:

• Proven experience leading an early learning service and delivering high-quality outcomes
• A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Completion of all the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with current Certificates of Completion
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and quality improvement practices
• A deep commitment to child safety, cultural safety and creating inclusive environments where every child belongs
• Kind, courageous leadership that builds trust, develops capability and inspires teams to thrive
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing performance, compliance, operations and continuous improvement initiatives
• You are comfortable balancing heart and accountability, supporting your people while driving strong performance, maintaining quality standards and creating a centre culture where children, families and educators flourish.
