Job summary

Thrive Early Learning Centres is seeking a Centre Leader to run the service and be accountable for quality, compliance, people, families and the commercial performance of the centre. You will report to an Area Manager or Cluster Support Manager and lead daily operations with clear direction to your team.

Key responsibilities include managing enrolments and family onboarding, delivering EYLF/MTOP aligned learning programs, driving continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan, and

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved qualification in early childhood education (Diploma/ Bachelor degree).
• Current ACECQA approved anaphylaxis and asthma training.
• Valid Working with Children Check for the state the role is based in.
• Accredited child protection training.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and give clear direction to your team.
• Manage enrolments, tours and family onboarding to attract, convert and retain families.
• Deliver and monitor learning programs aligned to the EYLF or MTOP and centre philosophy.
• Lead continuous improvement through aQuality Improvement Plan.
