Job summary

Mini Masterminds Elizabeth Park is seeking a Full-Time Centre Director to lead operations, guide educational quality and foster a collaborative team culture. You will mentor educators, build strong family partnerships, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with NQF, NQS, and related legislation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Previous experience as a Centre Director or in a senior leadership position within Early Childhood Education.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for leading teams and delivering high-quality education and care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring high-quality education and care.
• Inspire, mentor, and support educators to achieve their professional goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, and relevant legislation.
• Drive occupancy, quality improvement initiatives, and centre performance.
• Manage staffing, rostering, and centre resources effectively.
• Collaborate with Head Office Leadership Team to achieve organisational goals.
