Job summary

ANZUK Education is partnering with a growing early childhood provider opening brand-new services across South West Sydney. As Centre Director, you will lead a brand-new centre, build a high-performing team, and shape the service's culture from day one.

You will oversee recruitment, enrolments and operational readiness, ensuring quality, compliance and strong family relationships while driving occupancy and service growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Experience as Centre Director or senior early childhood leader.
• Strong people leadership and team-building skills.
• Sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF and regulatory requirements.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Experience managing operational and commercial aspects of an early learning service.
