ANZUK Education in Sydney's eastern suburbs is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead a beautiful early learning service. You will manage day-to-day operations, mentor educators, and strengthen relationships with families and the local community to sustain high-quality programs.

This role offers a salary up to $140,000 plus super, supportive management, structured professional development, and easy access to parking and public transport.

Qualifications

• ACEQCA-approved early childhood qualification.

Are you an experienced Centre Director who genuinely enjoys leading people?

ANZUK are partnering with a well-established, early learning service in Sydney's Est to find a Centre Director to lead this beautiful service.

The opportunity would suit a Director who enjoys the people side of leadership. You'll be trusted to manage the day-to-day running of the service, build strong relationships with educators and families, and continue developing the strong connection to community.

About you:

We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates who are strong people leaders.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous leadership experience within an early childhood service
• Confidence managing, mentoring and developing educators
• The ability to navigate difficult conversations and resolve team conflict constructively
• A track record of building positive, accountable team cultures
• Strong relationships with children, families and educators
• Proficient working knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and relevant regulations
• An ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
• GECCKO Child Safety Training
• FULL working rights in Australia
