Job summary

ANZUK Education is partnering with an exceptional early childhood service in Dubbo to appoint a Centre Director. The role focuses on leading a high-performing team, strengthening relationships with families, and delivering a quality learning environment for children.

The ideal candidate has Diploma/ECT credentials and prior Centre Director or 2IC experience, with strong leadership and compliance capabilities. Relocation incentives and ongoing organisational support are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification.
• Previous Centre Director experience, or be an experienced 2IC ready to take the next step.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build relationships with educators and families.
• Confidence managing compliance, child safety, and operational responsibilities.
• A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
• A positive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centre Director role to drive high-quality learning outcomes and safe, compliant operations.
• Inspire and support a high-performing team, including a strong 2IC and educational leaders.
• Oversee engagement with families and community partners to strengthen relationships and service quality.
