ANZUK Education is looking for an experienced Centre Director to lead the launch of a brand-new 100-place Early Learning Centre in Perth. You will build the team, shape the culture, establish community connections, and set the service up for long-term success.

Working directly with an owner who is invested in quality, you will drive pre-opening activities, occupancy growth, and high-quality educational outcomes, supported by a leading early childhood organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience opening or setting up a new early learning service.
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent relationship-building and community engagement skills.
• A warm, approachable, and collaborative leadership style.
• Strong commercial awareness alongside a commitment to quality outcomes.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
