We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our service at Busy Bees at Beenleigh. As Centre Director, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the local community

What You’ll Need

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
• Proven leadership experience in an early learning service
• Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in service operations and financial management
• Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid & CPR
