Job summary

Grow Early Education Gunnedah is seeking a visionary Centre Director to lead daily operations and guide a team of passionate educators. You will ensure compliance with regulations, mentor staff, and drive outstanding early learning outcomes while fostering strong connections with families and the local community.

You will manage rosters, budgets, and enrolment processes, while promoting ongoing professional development and exemplary standards across the centre.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved Early Childhood Degree.
• WWCC, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Solid understanding of EYLDF, NQS, and QIP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of early childhood professionals.
• Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development for Educators.

About your new role

Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with legislative requirements, and company policies and procedures.

Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to all staff.

Ensure that high-quality early learningprograms are delivered by our passionate team of Educators.

Manage staffing rosters efficiently.

Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre in line with budget guidelines.

Ensure that high-quality standards for centre presentation and work practices are practiced consistently.

Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, Educators, the local business community, and all other stakeholders.

Ensure you are actively attracting, converting and retaining families by effectively managing and overseeing tours, enrolments and orientation in conjunction with our Enrolments Team

About you

A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degreeas approved by ACECQA.

Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.

Current WWCC, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.

Extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework (EYLDF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early childhood professionals.

Willingness to undertake and coordinate ongoing professional development trainingfor Educators.
