Job summary

Busy Bees Australia in Perth is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our full-time team. You will plan and deliver high-quality EYLF-aligned programs, nurture learning through play, and build strong relationships with children and their families in a supportive centre environment.

The role requires a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent), current WA teacher registration, WWCC, and solid knowledge of NQS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for WA or ability to obtain.
• Working with Children Check for WA.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in Australia is valued.

Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time) |$48.09 - $66.55 per hour | Perth WA

You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and engaging environment.

What you’ll do

• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child’s development
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families

• Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for WA or ability to obtain
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
