Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd at Belmont is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Director for a fixed-term contract until June 2027. The role supports the Centre Director with daily operations and mentors educators.

You will build partnerships with families, lead curriculum planning, ensure compliance with NQF and National Regulations, and be prepared to step into the Centre Director role when needed. Diploma in ECEC and VIC WWCC are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
• Current Working with Children Check for VIC.
• Knowledge of EYLF, NQS and Child Protection legislation.
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role within the ECEC industry.

We're looking for an experienced and supportive Assistant Centre Director to join our stable team at Busy Bees at Belmont. This hands-on leadership role will see you support the Centre Director with daily operations, mentor educators and provide non-contact support and cover across the centre wherever needed.

What you'll do

• Support the Centre Director in the day-to-day leadership and operations of the service.

What you'll bring
