Job summary

Nido Early School in Melbourne’s north-eastern suburbs is seeking an Executive Service Manager (Centre Director) to lead educators, connect with families and build community partnerships. You will mentor staff, oversee rostering, budgeting and compliance, and model respectful, collaborative leadership.

Ideal candidates bring a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised), with at least 2 years of leadership experience and solid EYLF/NQS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).
• At least 2 years' leadership experience in the sector.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills.
• Valid Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• WWCC and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Evidence of completion of the mandatory National Child Safety Training via Geccko or willingness to obtain.

In this role, you'll set the vision and inspire others. You'll be hand-on in mentoring your team, and building meaningful relationships with families.
