Uniting AgeWell is seeking a Centre Coordinator to lead Social Connections Programs across Braybrook and Geelong, delivering high quality client services that promote wellness and reablement.
You will manage staff and volunteers from Braybrook, with outreach to Geelong, and help develop innovative activities that support active and independent ageing.

Due to growth within the business, we are looking for a dedicated Centre Coordinator to join our Socials Connections Programs across Braybrook and Geelong. The Centre Coordinator will lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high quality client services promoting the principles ofwellness and reablement; and will help develop a program that is flexible and innovative.
