As the Centre Coordinator – Kardinia Aquatic Centre, you will play a key role in coordinating the day to day operations of the Centre, supporting staff and ensuring a clean, safe and customer friendly environment. Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will oversee reception, customer service, aquatic programs, facility presentation and plant operations, while supporting staff development, compliance and continuous improvement. This is a hands on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy aquatic environment and making a positive difference to the customer experience.

To be successful in this role, you are an experienced leisure or aquatic professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering safe, welcoming and customer focused facilities. You bring sound knowledge of aquatic programs, pool plant operations and centre operations, along with the ability to lead and support staff in a busy environment. You are confident making daily decisions, managing competing priorities and building positive relationships with customers, user groups and the broader community. Your strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills will enable you to contribute to the successful operation of Kardinia Aquatic Centre.
