Qualifications

• Sales experience driving revenue in construction/infrastructure sectors.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent planning, time management and prioritisation.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to growth.
• Proactive, autonomous with CRM usage to manage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own your region, delivering revenue and GP growth through a strategic sales plan.
• Generate leads via cold calling and visits, expanding the customer base.
• Maintain trusted relationships with customers at all levels and drive WOW service.
• Lead major projects, tenders, and supplier agreements from opportunity to execution.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high service levels.
