Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator (Cementing) to join our Pressure Pumping team in Australia. The role focuses on flawless execution and on-time delivery for assigned projects, coordinating job activities across organizational boundaries and with customers.

You will lead field operations, manage client communications, and schedule resources while leveraging cementing operations knowledge and cement bulk plant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years’ experience in oilfield pressure pumping operations, especially cementing.
• Knowledge of cement bulk plant operation.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a methodical approach.
• Sales experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities across organizational boundaries with prompt escalation of any issues.
• Managing contact with the client for job preparation, execution and close out.
• Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.
• Performing offset well / similar job analysis to understand hazards and incident potential.
• Documenting lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensuring service delivery aligns with non-negotiables and processes.
